Delivery
- Where: United Kingdom only.
- Cost: £3.99 per order — FREE on orders over £35.
- How long: every product is printed to order in the UK, then delivered — typically 3–7 working days from purchase in total.
- Estimate & tracking: your order confirmation email shows an estimated delivery date for your address, you'll get an email when it goes into production and another with tracking on dispatch, and you can follow it under My Orders.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or the print doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll reprint it free or refund you in full — your choice. Just email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort it. No return postage, no fuss — you don't even need to send the faulty item back.
Wrong size?
Double-check the size before ordering — each product is printed individually for you, so we can't resell an unworn return like an ordinary shop can. If you've ordered the wrong size, email us: if your order hasn't gone to print yet we'll change it free of charge, and if it has already been printed we'll do our best to help with a discounted reprint in the right size.
Change of mind
Because every item is personalised and made to order just for you, personalised goods are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you contact us before your order goes to print (usually within a few hours of ordering), we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: everything we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — and our Hero Guarantee above is usually the fastest way to get exactly that.
