⚡ Gifts for dad
For the dad who has everything
He's got the socks, the mug and the aftershave. He hasn't got a hoodie with himself on it as an original superhero. Any photo from your phone becomes his own hero, printed to order in the UK.
The short answer
What to get a dad who has everything
The gifts that land with a hard-to-buy-for dad tend to be personal, useful and a bit of a laugh. A superhero hoodie made from his photo is all three.
Personal
It's his face on an original character, not a slogan anyone could buy. Nobody else will have given him the same thing.
Actually worn
A hoodie, sweatshirt or t-shirt gets worn on the school run, at the football or in the garden, so it doesn't end up in a drawer.
Easy to keep secret
You only need a clear photo of his face. Use one from your own phone and have it delivered to you to wrap.
From the kids, too
Let the children pick his style and super-power. Add their own designs in the same style for a matching family set, all in one checkout.

Questions about gifts for dad
What do you get a dad who has everything?
Something that couldn't have come from anyone else. A hoodie or t-shirt printed with an original superhero made from his own photo is personal, gets worn rather than put in a drawer, and nobody else will have given him the same thing. You need one clear photo of his face, and it takes about five minutes to make.
Can I make it without him knowing?
Yes. Any clear photo where his face is visible will do, so a picture from your own phone is fine and nothing has to be posed. Make the design in your account and have it delivered to your address to wrap. Nothing is sent to him unless you enter his address at checkout.
Which style and power suit a dad?
Cinematic Hero or Comic Hero on a black hoodie is the safe choice. Dark Crusader suits a dad who likes his heroes brooding, Medieval Epic one who'd rather be a knight, and Steampunk Explorer one who loves a gadget. For the power, Lightning, Fire or Speed are the bold picks; Gravity or Telekinesis are quieter. If the first design isn't right, make another: 5 designs a day are free.
Is it a real superhero from a film?
No. Every design is a wholly original character with his likeness. Hero Merch never copies or depicts a branded, licensed or trademarked superhero.
What if I don't know his size?
Check the label on a hoodie or t-shirt he wears often. If you get it wrong, email [email protected] with the order number before it goes to print and we'll change the size free of charge. If it has already been printed we'll help with a discounted reprint in the right size, because each item is made individually.
How long does it take to arrive?
Typically 3 to 7 working days from ordering, UK only. Allow a week for a birthday or Father's Day. For Christmas, the last recommended order date is shown on the Christmas gifts page once the print facility confirms it.
