Timing
Will it arrive in time?
Every item is printed to order at a UK print facility and delivered by tracked post, typically 3 to 7 working days from ordering. Your confirmation email shows an estimated delivery date for your address, and you get another email when it goes into production and one with tracking when it ships.
- Birthdays: order a week ahead to be safe.
- Father's Day and Mother's Day: order by the weekend before.
- Christmas: early December is comfortable. We'll publish the final order date on this page and on Delivery & Returns once the print facility confirms it.
Have it delivered to you to wrap, or straight to them. Ordered the wrong size? Email us before it goes to print and we'll change it free of charge.

Gift questions
Can I make a superhero gift without them knowing?
Yes. You only need a clear photo of them, which can be anything from your own phone, so nothing has to be posed. Generate the design in your account, order it, and have it delivered to your address to wrap. Nothing is sent to them unless you enter their address at checkout.
Which garment makes the best gift?
For adults the Adult Hoodie (£39.99) is the most-given item and qualifies for free UK delivery. For a lighter budget the Adult T-Shirt is £24.99. For children, the Kids' Organic T-Shirt (from age 3–4) or Youth T-Shirt at £19.99. Everything comes in black or white; black makes the artwork colours pop.
What if I get their size wrong?
Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone to print yet we'll change the size free of charge. If it has already been printed we'll help with a discounted reprint in the right size, because each item is made individually and can't be resold.
How long will a gift take to arrive?
Typically 3 to 7 working days from ordering, UK only, with no customs delays. Allow a week for a birthday and order in early December for Christmas. Your order confirmation includes an estimated delivery date, and you'll get a tracking email when it ships.
Can I order for the whole family at once?
Yes. Make one design per person (upload each photo, or a group photo and pick the faces), add each one to your basket with its own garment and size, and check out once. Orders over £35 get free UK delivery.
Does it come gift-wrapped or with a message?
Not at the moment: it arrives in plain protective packaging, printed to order. Most people have it delivered to themselves to wrap, or order a little early and add their own card.
